Something being gross isn't a valid argument, and deformities are not linked to kinship, but to genetics, so they can happen to everybody.
There are screenings made for couples to prevent them, they test for genetic markers; when two people carry recessive genetical diseases and they have a child, that child might get the disease. It is more likely for cousins to carry the same recessive disease, which increases the chance for the child to have it. But you can schedule the aforementioned gene screenings to check if you have any recessive allels of a disease.
It's somewhat common to take these tests, even outside of incestual partnerships ;J
Incest isn't for me. But there's better arguments against it than "disgustingness" or diseases. I myself don't want to dictate others on how to live their lives.
TL;DR.
Incest is a illegal for a reason, its child abuse, leads to deformities and is what lead to the Neanderthals going extinct. Also all the royal families are deformed asf. 😂 You're only defending it cause you're obviously inbred yourself.
